What’s your question about?

Frequently Asked

The questions we get
at the front desk.

Do I need to be a member to play? +

No. Anyone can play at ERA. Members get priority booking, free open play, and lower court rates — but you’re welcome to walk in any time without a membership.

What are your court surfaces? +

High-quality permanent pickleball courts on a solid concrete base. Consistent bounce, premium feel, and engineered for indoor play.

Do you have Open Play? +

Yes — multiple sessions per day, every day. We also run Organized Play, Leagues, and the Champion’s Series for more competitive formats. See the Programs page.

Is there a Pro Shop? +

Yes — paddles, balls, grips, apparel, and accessories. Members save 5–15% depending on tier.

I’m a complete beginner. Where do I start? +

Start with a beginner clinic or a private lesson. Loaner paddles available. Most beginners pick up the basics in their first session — pickleball is famously easy to start, hard to master.

Can I host a private event or party? +

Yes — corporate offsites, birthdays, bachelor/ette parties, fundraisers, and custom tournaments. Visit our Events page for details.

Do you have parking? +

Plenty. Free, dedicated parking right at the entrance.

Just walk in.

No appointment needed. The door’s always open during business hours.

Or book ahead — we hold courts up to 21 days out for members.
