Common Questions

Quick answers.

How is this different from Open Play? +

Open Play is casual drop-in — anyone shows up, you might wait between games. Organized Play is structured: pre-registered, skill-bracketed, and staff-run. We tell you which court to go to, manage the rotations, and keep the games moving — you play nonstop instead of figuring it out yourself.

What if I'm not sure of my skill level? +

Self-assess — most newer players land 2.5–3.0, regulars 3.0–4.0. If you're in doubt, start at Open Play, and our front desk will give you a feel for whether you're ready for Organized Play.

Can I sign up day-of? +

If there's space, yes — but sessions cap and often fill, especially evenings. Reserve ahead through PlayByPoint to lock in your spot.
